Every update that changes what you can do in the app, newest first.
Once a payment link exists, the invoice PDF now shows a "Pay online" section with a clickable "Pay invoice" button and a scannable QR code, themed in your brand color. Sending an invoice in-app via Gmail or Outlook shows the same button and QR in the email, below your own message, with generic "pay securely online" wording rather than naming specific payment methods. The mail-app (mailto) mode is unaffected and still includes a plain payment link, since a mail client's compose window can't render a styled button.
A new delete option (Outbox row or the invoice's own page) lets you permanently remove a Draft, Ready to send, or Needs retry invoice you no longer want — asks for confirmation first, since it can't be undone. Archiving now goes the other way: it's only available once an invoice has actually been sent (Sent, Delivered, Overdue, or Paid), so the two actions no longer overlap.
Send by email's in-app compose window (once you've connected Gmail or Outlook) now supports any number of recipients plus Cc/Bcc, shows which mailbox it's about to send from with that provider's logo, and lets you drag in extra documents alongside the invoice's own PDF/XML (combined attachments capped at 10MB). Attached files are now named after the real invoice number instead of a generic "invoice.pdf". The window is also bigger. Connecting Gmail or Outlook in Settings now switches you to in-app sending automatically, rather than requiring a separate manual toggle afterward — you can still switch back to the mail-app mode any time in Settings → Email.
Clicked "Mark as paid" too soon, or on the wrong invoice? A new "Undo" button now appears right next to it — on the invoice's page and its Outbox row — and puts the invoice back to whichever status it was in before (Sent, Delivered, or Overdue), clearing the manually-recorded payment. Only available for a manually-recorded payment, same principle as "Undo send": a real, Mollie-confirmed payment already happened for real and isn't undoable.
The marketing homepage is now served at /nl, /fr, and /en, with the language auto-detected from your browser on first visit (defaulting to Dutch) and remembered afterward via cookie. A switcher in the top utility bar lets you change it manually at any time. The rest of the app (dashboard, sign-up, docs, changelog) stays English-only for now — full in-app localization is a planned follow-up.
Connect Gmail or Outlook in Settings → Email (send-only access — Reveno never reads your inbox) and switch "Send by email" over to "Send from within Reveno": it now opens an in-app compose window with the invoice PDF (and UBL/XML, toggleable) already attached, instead of the previous drag-the-PDF-in step. Recipient, subject, and body stay fully editable, and the default mail-app mode remains available for everyone, including a one-click fallback for a specific send if the in-app one fails (e.g. an expired connection). Skipped connecting during onboarding? A one-time reminder appears later if you're still on the mail-app mode.
Clicking "Edit invoice" and then "Submit for validation" again silently did nothing — the invoice's existing number was being reused correctly, but its status was never flipping back from Draft to Validated behind the scenes, so file generation failed quietly and the page just reloaded the same edit form. Fixed at the source; resubmitting now works the same as the first submission.
With Mollie connected, a payment link is now created the moment an invoice reaches Ready to send — before it's actually sent or emailed — so it's already there to include rather than needing a separate step afterward. "Get payment link" remains available manually from Ready to send onward as a retry, e.g. if the automatic attempt failed or Mollie was connected after validation.
A new "Send by email" button on every invoice (its page, or its Outbox row) downloads the PDF and opens your default mail app pre-filled with the recipient, subject, and a customizable message (with a placeholder-based template you can edit in Settings → General) — a payment link is included automatically if one already exists. The invoice is marked Sent as soon as you click it; a new "Undo send" button lets you put it back to Ready to send if you didn't actually send it or need to revise something, available only for invoices sent this way (not real Peppol/PA deliveries).
Every invoice sent from a company with Mollie connected used to get a payment link automatically, with no way to opt out for a specific invoice. A "Get payment link" button on the invoice's page and its Outbox row now generates one on demand instead — available on any Sent/Delivered/Overdue invoice, including ones sent before this change. Without Mollie connected, the button is replaced by a note pointing to Settings rather than doing nothing silently.
Paid status used to only ever come from Mollie automatically confirming a payment link — an invoice paid by bank transfer, or belonging to a company that hasn't connected Mollie, could never reach Paid. A new "Mark as paid" button on any Sent/Delivered/Overdue invoice records it directly, shown as "recorded manually" so it's clearly distinguished from a Mollie-confirmed payment.
Clicking Send while Peppol compliance was off used to still attempt delivery and land the invoice in a confusing Failed state. The Send/Retry action is now replaced by an explanatory note instead, so no failed-send status appears — and the invoice-statuses page shortens to only the statuses still reachable (Draft, Ready to send, Paid) while sending is off.
Company profile fields used to accept any text. VAT and registration numbers are now checked against their country's format/checksum, a Peppol ID must match your own registration or VAT number (stopping anyone from entering someone else's), and each of these is now unique per Reveno account. Saving in Settings may also show a quick confirmation if a free official registry (VIES, or your country's business registry) recognizes the number — this is just a courtesy check and never blocks saving.
A new info icon next to the Status column in the Outbox links to a page explaining what each status (Draft, Ready to send, Sent, Delivered, Paid, Overdue, Failed) means and the usual order they happen in.
Submitting an invoice for validation used to be one-way — any typo in a line item meant starting over. A new "Edit invoice" button (next to the status on the invoice's page) sends it back to Draft so you can fix it, keeping the same invoice number. Only available before an invoice has actually been sent.
Turning off "Peppol compliance" previously only hid the Inbox and connect step — invoices could still be sent over the Peppol network anyway. Sending now fails with a clear message instead, the same way as any other pre-send check (missing Peppol ID, etc.), with a "Retry sending" button once you turn it back on.
Not every company needs the Peppol network. A new "Peppol compliance" toggle — asked once during onboarding, editable anytime in Settings → General — lets you turn it off, which hides the Inbox and the Peppol connect step. On by default, so nothing changes unless you switch it off.
The overdue invoice reminder email now matches Reveno's own look (navy/blue header, styled invoice card) instead of plain text. A new Notifications tab in Settings lets you turn it off if you'd rather not receive it — more automated emails will get their own toggle here as they're added.
Explore Reveno without signing up: a real, temporary account prefilled with an example company, customers, and invoices in every status, with Peppol and Mollie already connected (both simulated — nothing real is ever sent or charged). New invoices and status changes appear on their own while you look around, and the demo resets after 2 hours.
If a payment link can't be created (for example, your Mollie account isn't fully verified yet), the Outbox and invoice page now show a red alert icon with the reason and a "Retry link" button — previously this failed silently and the invoice just never got a payment link.
Payment links on invoices now go through each company's own connected Mollie account instead of a shared one. New customers are asked once, right after setup, via a skippable popup; "Not now" tucks it into a new notification bell (top right of the dashboard) alongside a reminder to connect to Peppol, so nothing gets lost.
The page you land on after signing in now shows outstanding, overdue, and paid-this-month totals, your customer count, your 5 most recent invoices, and quick actions to create an invoice or add a customer.
Archive any invoice, in any status, to keep the Outbox focused on active work. Archived invoices are hidden by default and reachable any time via the "Show archived" checkbox; archiving never changes an invoice's status and can be undone.
Search invoices by number or customer and filter by status right above the Outbox table. Status tags are now a consistent size, and Paid shows in green.
Every sent invoice now includes a payment link. Invoices are marked Paid automatically once the customer pays, and marked Overdue with one automatic reminder email if they don't pay by the due date.
Sending an invoice now delivers it over the real Peppol network, not a simulated connection. Connect your company to Peppol once from Settings before sending your first invoice.
Add a logo and brand colors to your invoice PDFs from Settings → Branding, add bank details so customers know where to pay, and drag to reorder line items and apply per-line or whole-invoice discounts when building an invoice. Customers now also have a registration number field.
Incoming invoices you haven't opened yet are now marked New, with a count badge on the Inbox sidebar item and the browser tab title.
Send invoices to customers over Peppol and track delivery status (sent, delivered, or failed) with the option to retry. Incoming invoices from other businesses now arrive in a new Inbox.
The dashboard, admin area, and sign-in screens now share the same navy/blue identity as the marketing site, replacing the earlier separate red/black scheme.
Signing in now uses a magic link sent to your email instead of a password.
